Vincent Van Beethoven was a pop-inspired project started in 2017 while I was living in St. Cloud. Over the course of 5 years this debut album was written and recorded. It followed me through a move from St. Cloud back to Minneapolis but would never find life on the stage. After album production wrapped up I went through a divorce as promotion was underway. As a result I was unable to follow through with the long term plan of the project though I did receive good reviews and radio play on the national independent music scene (see the press one-sheet below). I was also able to host a listening party at the Salty Dog in NE Minneapolis which raised money for Minnesotas largest mental health non profit while sharing th music with a small group of dedicated fans; mostly friends and family. My partnership with People Incorporated turned the failed release of this album into an opportunity to shine a light on mental health issues in the community.

Vincent Van Beethoven is a story about transforming the worst into the best. It’s about overcoming personal circumstance to find greater wisdom. It’s about shining light in the places that need it and finding the strength and courage to grow forward. It was always an experiment into what was possible and I loved this project dearly. I am still happy to share the music online with anyone who will listen.

Thank you.
